I’ve had Sprint as my provider for years, and themselves I have never had a reason to complain. I never rusticate a call, get fast data air force everywhere (and I don’t exactly finish in a metropolitan area), and the rates are inexpensive.
To be fair, a few years ago one of the few times I have ever had to call in to patron service (to replace a violated PPC-6700, my fault) I did get stuck on be the case for like 20 minutes, but once my call was answered the rep was balmy, knowledgeable, and took keeping of my problem quickly and efficiently.
I on the whole go into a retail store when it’s pass to upgrade, and that has also always been a positive endure. I get treated courteously and professionally by someone who is demonstrably intelligent, and they usually go out of their way to wow me in some manner.
For exempli gratia, when I last upgraded a few months ago from an HTC Baron to a Touch Pro the gentleman working in the assemble, without any special request, well-known on my account that I have been a customer for over 7 years, and attempted to have Sprint’s billing division put a credit on my account for the subsidized price of my phone to ‘nonchalance the pain’ a bit. As an alternative of making me wait in the cache while he worked out the details he offered to call me in the morning and let me advised of how it worked out and what amount credit I could upon on my bill. He followed through promptly first constituent in the morning to let me know that while Sprint declined to put my account for the phone, they were as contrasted with removing the charges for my monthly text plan, gratis, forever. Keep in disapprove of I never asked for a thing, I totally went into the store with the determined to purchase a new phone, and ended up NEVER having to pay for my details plan again (and I am a heavy narcotic addict).
